Wreaths Across America 2022

A huge crowd of volunteers was on hand this morning (December 17) at the USAFA Cemetery to place holiday wreaths on the graves of veterans buried there. The morning saw what was probably the largest crowd for Wreaths Across America at USAFA ever. The wreaths, paid for through donations from supporters, have been a holiday-time tradition across the nation for 30 years. Volunteers place the wreaths on designated gravesite and then speak the name of the individual, so they can be remembered and thanked for their service. (Association of Graduates)
