I need to relay the sad news that we finally discovered why Curt DeVries suddenly dropped off the map a few years ago. Rich Finke has doggedly pursued this and finally was able to make contact with some family members. Curt suffered a head-on collision which resulted in a traumatic brain injury which led to his death on 5 October 2020. There was no public funeral or obituary and the family wishes that all respect their privacy. No other details are available.
