FIELD HOUSE--A model of the projected Air Force Academy field house is inspected by Norman S. Paul, Under Secretary of the Air Force. Conducting the secretary on a tour of the Cadet Gym is Col. Edmund A. Rafalko, Director of Athletics. Sec. Paul visited the Academy during a tour of Pikes Peak area military installations. He was named Under Secretary of Defense (Manpower) by Pres. Kennedy in 1963 and assumed his present duties in October of this year. Behind them is Lt. Col. John S. Sparks, Jr., Head of Department of Physical Education. (10 November 1965) |
