Because Disqus has added massive amounts of standard internet garbage ads to their application, I have elected to centralize all comments on a single page in order to minimize the impact of their ads to the site. I have no control over the types nor the amounts of ads Disqus displays. Most importantly, I receive NO revenue from these ads. They are the cost of having a "free" account with Disqus.
I have added an email link below as the preferred method to leave comments, until and if, an alternate method of leaving comments can be implemented. In most cases I will transcribe your comments permanently to the appropriate page in the site.
